S-48
Expansion Joint Sealant
S-48 is a two-part compound (epoxy base compound and polysulfide accelerator) which provides a semi-rigid, durable joint filler that maintains excellent flexibility while evenly distributing loads to the substrate. S-48 is a pourable epoxy designed to absorb the shock and impact of heavy loads and steel-wheeled vehicles. S-48 is packaged in 11 lb., 4 oz. containers of base compound and 3 lb., 12 oz. containers of accelerator. Available in black, red and gray colors.

SP-888
Underlayment Primer
SP-888 is a copolymer emulsion designed for use with S-2200 Self-Leveling Underlayment. SP-888 seals the substrate and improves the bond strength of S-2200 to substrates. SP-888 is supplied at a high solids ratio and is diluted 1:1 (by volume) with clean water at the job site. SP-888 is low foaming, non-toxic, non-flammable and east to apply. Available in 1- and 5- gallon containers.

COVERAGE:
1 gallon SP-888 with 1 gallon of clean water will cover 400-600 sq. ft.

S-2200
Self-Leveling Underlayment (Interior Applications)
S-2200 is a self-leveling underlayment which contains hydraulic cements, aggregates and other materials. When mixed with water, S-2200 becomes a liquid material which will seek its own level and produce smooth, flat surface. S-2200 sets fast, does not crack, shrink or spall and is water resistant. S-2200 has excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, tensile strength and flexural strength. Can be walked on in 2-4 hours; floor coverings can be installed after 12-14 hours. Available in 50-lb. bags. Color: #960 Gray.
COVERAGE:
One bag of S-2200 will cover approximately 60 sq. ft. at 1/8" thickness.
S-2200 Self-Leveling Underlayment can be poured from a pail or pumped into place using a hose.
Arrows indicate 4 separate pours. Regardless of substrate, S-2200 will produce a flat, even surface.
After only 4 hours, S-2200 can be opened to traffic. Using a bubble level, a worker confirms the surface level.
Twelve hours after applying S-2200, a worker installs tiles over a level, continuous, ready-to-work surface.

S-9000
Crack Isolation / Waterproof Liquid Membrane
S-9000 is an easy-to-apply liquid membrane which can be used for either crack isolation or waterproofing. S-9000 meets or exceeds the requirements of ANSI A118.10 for load-bearing, bonded, waterproof membranes for thin-set ceramic tile and dimensional stone installations. S-9000 can be used vertically, horizontally, interior or exterior. S-9000 consists of a liquid polymer binder and a fiber mesh reinforcing fabric. It is easy to apply with a paint roller or brush. After proper installation and curing, ceramic tile can be installed over S-9000 with a Summitville latex modified mortar or epoxy mortar. The S-9000 when properly applied and cured, adds only about 20 mils to the thickness of the floor installation. S-9000 is chemical resistant and rated for Extra Heavy Traffic per ASTM C627/TCA. S-9000 is formulated with a special color indicator which lets the installer know when the system is cured and ready to re-coat or apply tile. In the liquid stage the product is light pink and is brick red in the cured state. S-9000 will bond to concrete, plywood, CBU gypsum board, clean tile and stone surfaces. S-9000 contains no organic solvents or harsh fumes and is safe and non-flammable. Available in 1 gallon and 6 gallon units. Color: #998 Red.
