S-759 Thin Set Mortar (TCA Formula 759)
S-759 is recommended for setting most types of ceramic tile floor installations. Formulated to provide high bond strength and high density for good compressive strength. S-759 is sag resistant, has a long open time even at high temperatures, and is easy to trowel. When setting and grouting, check the ANSI - TCA guidelines for proper substrate and cure conditions. S-1000 MP is formulated to set wall or floor tile in interior and exterior applications. It can be used to set tile over exterior-grade plywood, clean masonry surfaces, cementitious backer board, and gypsum board. This product contains a powered latex which is activated by adding water. Since this product already contains a powered latex, improper levels of latex additives are averted preserving the product's high bond strength and other characteristics. S-1100 MP (Multi-Purpose) Premium Thin Set Latex Mortar
S-1100 MP is a premium high quality multi-purpose thin set mortar formulated with a special powered latex designed to provide superior bond and shear strength, freeze-thaw resistance, impact-resistance, flexibility and reduced water absorption. The non-reemulsifying resin system in S1100 MP also provides excellent workability. S-1100 MP meets or exceeds ANSI A118.4. S-1100 Premium Multi-purpose thin set mortar is designed for setting all types of tile, marble, slate and granite and can be used in both interior and exterior applications. Acceptable substrates includes structurally sound fully cured masonry slabs, properly installed CBU, tile over tile, securely attached and properly cleaned vinyl tile, securely attached cutback adhesive and properly installed exterior grade plywood (interior, non-wet areas only). S-1200 MP (Multi-Purpose) Medium Bed Latex Mortar
S-1200 MP is designed for installation of large ceramic tiles, marble and granite over floors or walls. S-1200 is designed for interior or exterior applications. S-1200 is cement and a specially blended modified powdered latex filler system that meets or exceeds ANSI 118.4 specifications for latex-Portland Cement mortar. This product can be used over clean masonry surfaces, cementitious backer board, gypsum board or exterior grade plywood; APA grade, C-C plugged or better (plywood installations interior, non-wet area only). S-1200 may be applied at a thickness of 1/8" to 3/4" max. The non-sinking characteristics of this medium bed mortar minimizes the need to re-level installed large tiles, marble or granite. Contractor Grade Latex Modified
Multi-Purpose
S-1300 is a lower cost contractor grade, multi-pupose, wall or floor, can be used on exterior grade plywood (interior only), tile over tile, tile over vinyl. Contains redispersable, powdered latex, need toi add only water. Interior or exterior use. Available Colors: Gray or White.
S-2000 is a quick setting thin-set latex mortar for walls and floors in interior and exterior applications. S-2000 is designed especially for installations which require a minimum amount of time. It can be used to set tile over plywood, clean masonry surfaces, cementitious backer board and gypsum board. This product contains a powdered acrylic latex which is activated by water. The addition of water in the appropriate amounts is all that is required to attain proper working consistency. When setting and grouting, check the ANSI / TCA guidelines for proper substrate and cure conditions. S-2000 meets or exceeds ANSI A118.4. Available in 25-pound or 50-pound bags.
