Note: Where heavy duty trim is no required, Quarry Tile Trim Color No. 10 may be specified.

SPECIFICATIONS

Scope: The contractor responsible for brick work shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to install Floor Brick on floors as specified and as indicated on architects' drawings.

Floor Brick shall be of standard grade quality and manufactured by the extrusion process, as manufactured by Summitville Tiles, Inc., Summitville, Ohio.

Floor Brick shall conform to requirements of ASTM C410-60 TYPE H, ASTM C279-88 TYPE H.

TYPE: Brick shall have ________ surface (regular smooth, diamond tread smooth, abrasive). Bonding surface shall be scored. (Or) Brick shall be Vertical Fibre Floor Brick with end grain wearing surface, wire cut top and bottom.

SIZE: Brick shall be furnished 3 7/8" x 8" x 1 3/16" or 3 7/8" x 8" x 1", 3 7/8" x 8" x 1 1/8". Vertical Fibre Floor Brick shall be furnished in Summitville Red, No. 10 and shall be uniform in surface texture and color.
